Introduction

This new construction project involved a build out of a first story retail space for a simulated golf facility with bar. New HVAC plumbing and specialty lighting. Design were involved in the scope.

1. The Mechanical Scope:

The mechanical scope of the project included the installation of new HVAC systems for hotel rooms spaces, a new HVAC building makeup and ventilation system, new split systems for Level 1 common spaces, a new toilet and general exhaust and distribution system, a kitchen exhaust system with make-up air layout, local controls and a new laundry dryer exhaust system.

2. The Electrical Scope:

The electrical scope included the installation of electrical systems for hotel rooms, the HVAC building makeup and ventilation system, the new split systems for Level 1 common spaces, a new toilet and general exhaust and distribution system, a kitchen exhaust system with make-up air layout, local controls and a new laundry dryer exhaust system.

3. The Plumbing Scope:

The plumbing scope included a complete sanitary drainage and vent system, a complete domestic water (cold and hot) system, a new domestic hot water system, roof drainage, riser diagrams, plumbing fixtures, new gas distribution, and food service plumbing coordination.
