Introduction

This new construction project included the build-out of a first-floor retail space for a simulated golf facility with an integrated bar. The scope of work involved new HVAC systems, plumbing, and specialized lighting design.

The mechanical scope of the project included the installation of new HVAC systems for the golf facility and bar, makeup air and ventilation system, new split unit systems for common areas, a new exhaust and distribution system for restrooms, a kitchen exhaust system with makeup air, local controls, and a new exhaust system for laundry dryers. And gas distribution system

The electrical scope included the design of electrical systems for the golf facility, HVAC system (including DX-type split units), exhaust and makeup air for various areas, as well as lighting and power layouts.

The plumbing scope included the design of a complete sanitary drainage and vent system, a domestic cold and hot water system, a new domestic hot water system, roof drainage, riser diagrams, plumbing fixtures, a new gas distribution system, and coordination for food service plumbing.
