1. Our Commitment to Privacy and Restrictions on Use of Our Site

Mintropy.com is Internet property of Mintropy LLC. Your privacy is important to us. In this statement we explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Your name and contact information will not be shared with a third party without your consent.

Our Site may not be used by persons under eighteen (18) years of age, or persons who are not residents of the United States. Persons in these categories must not disclose any information to us. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from persons under eighteen (18) years of age or who are not United States residents. We define “United States” as the fifty (50) states, plus U.S. territories, including the Midway Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Guam.

Requesting alerts, newsletters or invitations to educational seminars or additional information does not create any customer-provider relationship with Mintropy or any of the firm’s professionals. Such a relationship would require direct, personal contact between you and Mintropy through one or more professionals and would also require an agreement that confirms that a relationship is established and the terms of that relationship. Similarly, the invitation to contact Mintropy is not a solicitation to provide professional services and should not be construed as a statement as to the availability of any of our professionals to perform any services.

This statement applies to all information collected or submitted on this Site. We collect information on the forms that you complete in connection with responses to employment solicitations or other invitations to seminars or similar activities.

The types of personal information we collect include:

• Any other personal information the user submits during the course of correspondence with us concerning employment opportunities, seminars or similar activities We also collect non-personally identifiable information. Non-personally identifiable information is information collected in the normal course of operating our business that does not reveal the specific identity of the user. This data records activity either on this Site or within Site-initiated email. The types of non-personally identifiable information collected include:

10. Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have provided personal information to us or our third party advertisers and marketing partners to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (if any). Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties, if any. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.​

We do update our policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. Changes to the privacy policy will be posted on this Site and the effective date of the policy will be modified to reflect the effective date of the most recent version.​
