Skywalk Health – Skokie, IL
Introduction
MEP services were provided to this 19,800 Sq. Ft. office space transforming it into medical offices, treatment rooms, a yoga studio, and a kitchen/dining area for Skyway Health in Skokie, IL. The project involved leveraging existing RTUs while engineering new ductwork, venting, exhaust distribution, and plumbing systems, including hot/cold water and recirculation systems. Collaborating with a long-time architectural firm, healthcare project was successfully completed.
