Ft. of restaurant space at Orlando Sanford International Airport terminal. The project involved a complete interior modification, including the demolition and replacement of all existing MEP systems to meet the new space layout and requirements.

• Revised ductwork distribution and HVAC systems to accommodate the new restaurant layout.

• Provided integration of fire alarm devices into the existing system.

Plumbing

• Connected sanitary drainage and vent systems to the existing sanitary main.
• Integrated new plumbing fixtures with the existing domestic water system and operational recirculation system.
• Ensured all plumbing designs met code compliance, with fixture layout and specifications provided by the architect.
