Introduction

1. The Mechanical Scope:

The mechanical scope of the Kickstands Restaurant project included the installation of two new RTU systems for heating and cooling. The project also involved the installation of new ductwork distribution to ensure proper airflow throughout the building. Additionally,the hood exhaust fan and make-up air design was included in the scope to deal with the kitchen fumes and smoke. The project also included the installation of new toilet exhaust and distribution systems, as well as the new general exhaust and distribution systems to remove stale air from the building. 2. The Electrical Scope:

3. The Plumbing Scope:

The plumbing scope of the Kickstands Restaurant project managed the design and installation of a sanitary drainage and vent system. This system is responsible for removing waste water and other waste materials from the building. The project also included the installation of a new domestic hot water system and recirculation system to provide hot water for the kitchen and the customers. The project also included the design and installation of a domestic water system and plumbing fixture specification to provide the necessary water supply for the building.
