Introduction Mintropy, LLC was engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) engineering services for the addition of a new Bad Egg Restaurant 3,850 Sq. Ft. at General Pittsburgh International Airport terminal. The project scope involved providing new Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and Fire Protection systems to support the proposed space layout. Mintropy coordinated with the architect and owner for the design and layout of the bar, including utility connection. Key Features Mechanical Provide new HVAC/RTU systems to serve renovated spaces. Work with an approved vendor on hood exhaust fan and make-up air design with integrated cooling. (equipment specified/provided.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport – MKE, WI Bar + Market
Introduction Mintropy, LLC provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the addition of a bar, farmer’s market, and BOH spaces at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport terminal. This project encompassed a total of 1,767 Sq. Ft. of new space. The scope of work included designing and implementing new MEP systems according to the proposed space layouts. Key Features Mechanical Engineered new rooftop unit (RTU) systems for heating and cooling of the spaces. Designed new ductwork and distribution systems for the proposed spaces. Developed general exhaust systems and their distribution requirements. Integrated localized controls to ensure system efficiency. Engineered new.

Ft. at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport terminal. The project scope involved providing new electrical and plumbing systems to support the proposed space layout. Mintropy coordinated with the architect and owner for the design and layout of the bar, including utility connections. Key Features Electrical Provided new electrical service and distribution panel for the central distillery bar space. Coordinated general-purpose receptacle layout and special receptacle layout for specialty equipment (by others) in collaboration with the architect/owner/consultant. Installed.
