The project, named Potluc Restaurant, was a renovation of an existing 1,000 sq ft office space. The aim of the project was to transform the space into a Bohemian-themed restaurant with low light levels, featuring a fully functional outdoor patio.
Veterinary Clinic – 1515 E. Hyde Park Boulevard
Mintropy was involved in a Veterinary Center build-out at this location with its own unique challenges. Our team had the task of creating an interior veterinary office within an existing mixed-use building.
Mintropy’s input into this project was as a construction administration outfit dealing with the creation of a 32,000 square-foot fitness center and UFC arena.
This massive, 310,000 square-foot, multi-story residential building with an underground parking area is one of our more impressive projects.
Ascend Dispensaries – Logan Square and River North
Mintropy partnered with Interform to renovate two existing MoCA dispensaries as part of a rebrand to Ascend.
Botanical Sciences Cannabis Cultivation Facility
Mintropy provided MEP design services for a 15,000 sf cultivation and extraction facility in Glenville, Georgia.
Mintropy received the task to help improve some of Chicago’s Public Schools by renovating their science departments.

Elettric 80 Inc – HVAC Assessment
We went to Skokie, IL, to do this HVAC assessment for a building covering a sprawling 18,000 square feet.
Float Spa – 939 W North Ave, Chicago, IL
Mintropy was excited with the opportunity to design for this unique spa space, featuring 5 3,000 lb deprivation float pods.
Introduction: Mintropy undertook MEP Design Services for the interior buildout of approximately 20,000 Sq. ft. from a total 40,000 Sq. ft. warehouse space. We as a team of experienced consultants were responsible for providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design solutions on this project. Our goal was to deliver high-quality design drawings, obtain necessary permits, and ensure code compliance throughout the project. 1. The Mechanical Scope: Our team engineered new floor mounted HVAC rooftop unit systems tailored to the client’s specific needs. We designed ductwork distribution, specialty exhaust systems, odor control solutions, and efficient dehumidification/humidification systems. Additionally, we addressed toilet.
Cultivation Facility – West Haven CT
Introduction: Mintropy undertook MEP Design Services for the interior buildout of an existing warehouse space. We as a team of experienced consultants were responsible for providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design solutions on this project. Our goal was to deliver high-quality design drawings, obtain necessary permits, and ensure code compliance throughout the project. As part of our services, we worked closely with a nationally recognized General Contractor and other consultants hired by the owner to create a seamless and efficient workflow. Our scope of work covered the cultivation, processing, storage, and administrative spaces within a +/- 20,000 SF warehouse.
